What a research turn returns

Real judgments from the corpus, curated examples of the product’s output.

The advocate types

Client arrested in a matrimonial cruelty case; the offence is punishable up to seven years. He joined the investigation and nothing remains to be recovered. Seeking regular bail; the arrest was mechanical, with no reasons recorded.

It reads the posture as

Criminal · Accused / Defence · Regular bail

Supports your bail plea

2-Judge Bench

Verbatim from the judgment
Arrest brings humiliation, curtails freedom and cast scars forever. Law makers know it so also the police. There is a battle between the law makers and the police and it seems that police has not learnt its lesson; the lesson implicit and embodied in the Cr.PC.
Why it matters · AI analysis, not the court’s words

The controlling authority on mechanical arrest in offences punishable up to seven years. It obliges police to record reasons under §41 CrPC and magistrates to check them before authorising detention, which is exactly the defect in this arrest.

No AIR/SCR reporter citation exists in the open record for this judgment, so the tool says so, and links the official Supreme Court PDF instead. Nothing is ever invented.

Verified verbatim

Every citation and quote is checked mechanically against the official record before you see it.

Adverse cases surfaced

The authorities against you are flagged, not hidden. Walk in knowing what opposing counsel will cite.

Abstains over guessing

When nothing can be grounded in the corpus, it says so. No invented citations, no fake pinpoints.
